I’ve always had a passion for real estate. While others spend weekends golfing, gardening, or reading a good book, I've spent mine going to open houses and diving deep into the MLS (the Zillow for agents). I genuinely love everything about homes: the life stages they hold, the stories created within their walls, the way a space can be reimagined to meet a family exactly where they are. And I love running analysis, comps and finding the right number for a listing; turning data into a clear picture of a home’s value that helps sellers price with confidence and buyers see the value.

I got my real estate license in 2018, starting with my own personal portfolio to learn the business. And I bring more than enthusiasm to the table. Twenty-plus years as a product marketing executive at Adobe, Meta, and Okta trained me to read the details others overlook, ask the questions that change outcomes, and hold a well-reasoned position under pressure. My Haas MBA sharpened that instinct. 

I handle the full picture from pricing, staging, marketing, to negotiation because every element affects the outcome, and I approach every transaction with rigor and genuine care for the result.

I also know the Bay Area the way only a local can. I grew up in Cupertino, live in Los Gatos, and raise my kids here. When I recommend a neighborhood, a street, or a price, it's grounded in decades of real, boots-on-the-ground experience and the market data to back it up.

I'm fluent in both English and Chinese which means I can guide buyers and sellers through every detail of the process in the language they're most comfortable in. No nuance lost, no question too small.
